* Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
* Replaces empty draught beer kegs as required
* Slices and pits fruit, and fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines
* Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
* Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures
* Wipes counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
* Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards

Position Purpose (Role):

General bartender priorities and responsibilities
To always provide the highest quality service to guests, by instilling the Harvest Way.
To report to work on time and in proper uniform, always punching in and out as required of all employees.

To properly execute all necessary steps of service.
Always ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
To provide exemplary service to all guests by applying knowledge of service and the food and beverage menus.

Requirements
Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service is preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage as well as a passion to cultivate this skill.
Displays a confident and professional appearance
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
High School Diploma preferred
Can stand/move for periods of time, 6-8 hours per shift
Can lift up to 30lbs

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to provide a unique opportunity for guests to enjoy specially crafted cocktails, beer or sake with their Omakase. Responsibilities
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests
Assist floor staff as needed
Maintain inventory and provide manager with necessary information to order bar items
Requirements
Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
Love working in a fast paced environment
Be outgoing and social with customers
Have a fun, positive and pleasant demeanor
