Frequently update self on new products and materials for continuous operational improvement. * Consistently update self in the latest equipment and chemicals. * Conduct the approved departmental training program to ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task. * Ensure all Team Member performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner and appropriate feedback is administered. * Conduct inspections on all casino and non-gaming EVS areas daily. * Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance. * Adhere to, interpret, support, and explain established company policies and procedures as well as applicable local, state, federal and other regulatory procedures.
