SUMMARY
Oversee the daily administrative duties of the Hotel Housekeeping areas, including but not limited to: opening and assigning of work assignments and master keys to Housekeepers and Housemen, maintain lost & found, closely communicate with all other areas of the Hotel and Casino as required, provide Housekeepers with Room Status updates, maintain the organization, cleanliness, and appearance of the Housekeeping area, collect and secure master keys at end of shifts, reconcile room status updates, coordinate turndown, and ensure guest requests are delivered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure adequate staffing for the day's workload and the next day's workload, using forecast and productivity guidelines, making any adjustments necessary to cover for call-offs or fluctuation in occupancy.
* Prepare "Opening the House" duties, i.e. run LMS Housekeeping Section Report and assign work assignment to Housekeepers according to their sections.
* Run turndown report and assign to appropriate team members.
* Hand out master keys and sign out sheets to Housekeepers and Housemen and collect and secure master keys at end of team members' shift.
* Answer all calls whether on the telephone or on the radio in a quick and professional manner. Ensure all guest requests are handled and delivered promptly and the guest request log is maintained accurately.
* Throughout the day, provide room status updates to Housekeepers, including advising them of any late check-outs, stay-overs or early departures.
* Perform random room inspections using the standard Housekeeping Room Inspection sheet and forward to management once complete.
* Track and assign rooms that are due for preventative maintenance.
* Communicate with Front Desk on the status of guest rooms to ensure accurate and timely reporting on room availability.
* Ensure all discrepant rooms are resolved with the Front Desk.
* Receive and record all lost articles found in the hotel. Maintain the Lost and Found Article log, Inquiry Log, and the Mailing Log to track these items.
* Able to fill in at any Housekeeping position if needed.
* Serve as a role model by projecting a professional image at all times.
* Provide for the safety of team members, including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Handle customer enquiries and support all customer service programs.
* Understand and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures.
* Protect and preserve assets of the company.
* Meet grooming and appearance requirements.
* Meet attendance guidelines.
* Comply with all reasonable requests made by management.

* Compile property wide operations performance reporting, analyze the results and communicate findings to property management (i.e. Human Resources, Finance, Executive Management Team, and Operations)

* Portrays an outgoing friendly demeanor towards guests and team members, responding to needs with a sense of urgency.
* Provides guest service at the activation center. Signs up new guests for the PennPlay card. Processes replacement cards and maintains the database updating guest records and assists with loyal app downloads.
* Works closely with Player Development, Promotions, and Player Services to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
* Stays knowledgeable on all marketing PennPlay materials.
* Effectively explains complimentary structure and how to qualify for different levels of complimentary services and/or goods.
* Services and troubleshoots issues with promotional kiosks.
* Distributes promotional coupons, gifts and assist with marketing promotions and events.
* Assists with the day-to-day operation of the VIP Lounge.
* Completes other duties as assigned by leadership.

* Monitor and supervise Sportsbook team for adherence to company policies, procedures, Title 31 and minimum internal control standards, and applicable jurisdiction regulations and laws.

SUMMARYThis position will be responsible for preparing, displaying, selling and serving food products at the Parisi Cafe. This is a non-supervisory position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service.•Prepare, display, sell and serve food products to customers.•Must be able to handle, pour and prepare alcoholic beverages•Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products.•Complete sales to customers including taking money, counting back the appropriate amount of change, correctly processing and validating comps, and appropriate operation of cash register or point of sale system.•Complete deposits at the end of each shift.•Perform tasks to ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing counters, display cases, refrigeration units, and beverage machines.•Ensure supplies are stocked as needed.•Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.•Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.•Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform duties as trained through the Parisi Café Training program•Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.•Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.•Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.•Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business, or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
* Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.
* Works closely with Manager Table Games Shift to implement and oversee overall strategies for customer service, comping, and expense management to maximize profitability
* Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations. Model regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
* Drives improved results through staff development and training programs, and established methods, procedures and guidelines to maintain desired standards, and high-quality service, then monitors results through inspection, evaluation and analysis.
* Responsible for scheduling (planning, assigning and directing work) to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction on assigned tables
* Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
* Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets.
* Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.
* Ensures efficient operations table games protection during assigned shift.
* Monitors chips and cash transactions between dealers and customers and ensures that proper payout amounts are paid to customers, in accordance with established procedures.
* Accounts for chips on assigned games. This includes making fills and credits as needed.
* Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
