The Asian Marketing Manager position is responsible for supervising and managing members of the Asian Marketing team, developing and maintaining valuable relationships with Asian players and community leaders through marketing measures and exceptional customer service skills.
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives in defined area
Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Player Development department. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives in defined area.
Creates effective and efficient schedules, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.
Responsible for assisting in the budget process for the department and providing recommendations; ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives; reporting budget concerns to manager.
Develops and implements VIP player programs/events in the Asian Market, to create guest loyalty and return guest visits.
Assists with player coding in Salesforce and monitors team member progress.
Prepares and distributes daily and weekly reports for own department, other departments and management regarding scheduled property visits for players in the Asian Marketing segment.
Assists players in organizing hotel and restaurant reservations and other amenities in absence of Asian Marketing Hosts.
Responsible for coaching and providing necessary pathways to Asian Marketing Hosts to achieve their Salesforce goals.
Develops and implements VIP player discretionary comping guidelines.
Makes final decisions regarding valuable complimentaries based on a consideration of recorded play, earned points, comp availability and customer profitability.
Resolves VIP guest opportunities, conflicts, and complaints on behalf the Company in a fair and equitable manner.
Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.
Represents the Company for VIP player outings and events as needed. Provides professional representation on at internal and external meetings and events.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals.
Actively participates in KYC/CDD and other compliance regulations.
Enhances guest interactions by providing a friendly greeting, offering directions, answering questions, making announcements, and creating an upbeat and positive atmosphere.
Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Director of Player Development/ Executive Management or property GM.
Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
Develops relationship with players to grow customer base and increase Company revenues by assuring customer retention and repeat business.
Attracts and manages customers in the Asian Market through telemarketing and in person contact on the casino floor. Exercises discretion to provide guests with hospitality arrangements, including rooms, food, beverages, and assists with special requests.
Proactively seeks out new business with targeted Asian Players, introducing the benefits of and soliciting enrollment for the Marquee Rewards program.
Highly knowledgeable of credit procedures, if applicable. Encourages the use of credit and may extend lines of credit when appropriate and permissible by state regulatory law.
Strategically devotes time being visible and available on the casino floor to meet and greet guests during individual visits as well during special events.
Utilizes telemarketing, correspondence, referrals, email and events to solicit and grow existing business mainly for the Asian Market.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customers of internal and external customers.
Provides assistance at special events as needed.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of five (5) years in a customer service leadership role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years Casino Guest Service experience, including but not limited to Player Development, Slots, or Table Games.
Two (2) years of hosting experience with adequate customer following preferred.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian dialect.

As a Main Bank Cashier, you will:
Shift: Start time varies between 2:00pm and 6:00pm | End time variees between 10:30pm- 2:30am
Pay: $18 per hour plus tips (Average $1.50- $2 per hour)
Operates Main Bank according to approved procedures and policies.
Verifies count sheet from previous shift.
Counts down bank at end of each shift and reconciles to the Main Bank accountability.
Completes transfers amongst Cashiering, Slots, and Table Games locations.
Completes daily banking deposits of cash, checks, and U.S. coin.
Buys hard and soft drop from Count Rooms.
Verifies all cash transferred from Soft Count or delivered from Bank.
Verifies and accounts for all daily banks through department's procedures.
Operates Chip Bank according to approved procedures.
issues and receives Table Fills and Credits.
issues and receives Chip Transfers to/from Cashier locations.
Expediter for Casino Cage procedures.
Operates employee window (JPH), Poker Room, and frontline Cashier windows according to approved procedures.
Performs drops, technical troubleshooting, and impressments of self-redemption kiosks.
Conducts Emergency Drop procedures for Slot and Redemption Kiosk equipment.
Performs needed repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance to currency and coin counters as well as machines located in the Casino Cage and Count Room.
Evaluates machines which fail to perform to expectations, resulting in fixing or replacing machinery.

Monitor all areas of the casino property via CCTV equipment to detect suspicious activities involving guests and team members.

FUNCTION AND SCOPE
The Director of Player Development oversees VIP player experience and Player Development operations at River City Casino Hotel; a 90,000 square foot gaming floor with a luxurious 200 room hotel, 1400 seat entertainment center with an assortment of dining options plus a sports book planned for 2025. They will drive revenue growth while optimizing reinvestment and executing enterprise-wide VIP initiatives. The Director of PD will ensure strong employee and guest engagement while managing a dynamic team across premier gaming, hospitality, and entertainment complex.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Directs the overall operation and Player Development team of the Player Development department. Develops, implements and manages operational and financial goals for the PD department.
Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates and directs team members to in accomplishing individual, department and property goals.
Builds loyalty and develops sustained effective relationships among valued VIP customers; establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and strategic partners.
Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and adhering to departmental budgets. Reports budget concerns / deviations to the VP of Marketing and finance leaders.
To ensure effective control of marketing results, take corrective action within designated budgets
Monitors and evaluates all department programs, events and special projects to ensure achievement of department goals and contribution to company profitability.
Leads and promotes exceptional guest service aligned with company standards, ensures team compliance, addresses service issues, and drives achievement of departmental ACES service goals.
Leverage analytical tools to maximize hotel and food and beverage products for VIP guest engagement.
Designs and oversees customer service programs focused on VIP player engagement, recognition, and brand loyalty driving activation of new VIPs and reactivation of dormant ones. Continuously monitors and adapts strategies to outperform local competition, with a focus on expanding VIP market share in Greater St. Louis.
Represent the Brand in the community at local festivals and networking events.
Drive strategies that amplify brand awareness, engagement and sales across international communities, while balancing cross-cultural sensitivity and hands-on execution.
Represents the brand with local business and at events to strengthen community presence.
Develop and execute strategies that boost brand awareness within diverse communities; drive engagement, and revenue growth, with attention to cross-cultural relevance and market-specific execution.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results and solve complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully manage confidential information.
Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results.
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Knowledge and experience in player tracking systems.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and preferred presentation skills.

As a Banquet Server, you will:

Sets buffet lines and breaks with proper equipment, supplies, and decor.

Responsible for supervising and managing staff in the Slots department. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.

Shift: 7PM- 3AM (Sunday/ Mondays off)
Pay: $8.15 per hour + tips (Avg. $100/shift)
Provides fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.
Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions.
Promotes casino events and programs.
Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
Resolves service problems according to guidelines.
Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, other barbacks, Beverage Supervisors, and Casino Supervisors.
Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacement stock from Warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure.
Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies, and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures.
Replaces empty draught beer kegs as may be required.
Slices and pits fruit; fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines.
Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with departmental procedures.
Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station.
Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
