In this role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory or roster of accounts to drive market share and contract revenue, ensuring quarterly and annual goals are met or exceeded. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Manage an assigned territory or roster of accounts to drive market share and contract revenue, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals. Respond professionally and promptly to RFPs in their entirety to secure business for Caesars Entertainment. Attend high-value site inspections on-site to support closing contracted business for your team. Thoroughly qualify leads and complete a business review form outlining rates, dates, space, and revenue metrics for each booking; submit through the business review process for approval. Effectively contract business with appropriate terms and conditions to minimize financial and legal risk; utilize internal audit functions for accurate and timely contracting. Document all sales activities in Salesforce, including account, contact, and booking data, as well as sales calls, entertainment, and client conversations, ensuring data integrity and avoiding duplication. Utilize business journals, media sources, reader boards, and past booking data to uncover new and prospective business opportunities. Attend and actively engage in industry associations and organizations to develop new customers and expand your professional network. Participate in client site inspections, customer events, team calls, and meetings as required. Manage expenses using company-issued p-card and adhere to all policies and procedures. Travel as needed to support business objectives. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Proficiency in technology platforms such as Tableau, Amadeus/SalesForce, and CVENT. Strong knowledge of Caesars Entertainment products and competitive assets. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams including Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, Audit/Admin, and Convention Services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage customer service issues and proactively present ideas. Strong organizational skills to manage assigned projects, special events, and turnovers. Ability to maintain accurate documentation and uphold standards for data integrity. Financial acumen for expense management and understanding contract terms. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Active participation in company-assigned mandatory training annually. Engagement in 1:1 sessions, mid-year and annual review processes, and goal-setting activities. Commitment to driving strategy and contributing as a strong team member. Ability to work independently while aligning with company policies and procedures. Flexibility to travel as required. Perform floor repair and preventative maintenance of all VLT machines, including cleaning machines and overhauls. Observe all policies and procedures. Responsible for the security of keys, radios, tools, and gaming related licenses and player tracking cards from check-in to check-out. Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly; i.e., meal books and repair logs, etc. Work with Technical Shift Managers, VLT Shift Managers, Representative and Supervisors to insure VLT machines, change machines, and all related equipment are in proper working order and all customer needs are satisfied. Complete VLT machine repair slips and related repair logs; i.e., CPU, I/O and parts sign out sheets. Performs renovations or changes in the VLT Department area. Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information. Circulate through the assigned area replacing broken or burned out bulbs, rubbing reels, etc. Will advise Technical Manager in developing/teaching advanced electronic repairs. Assist patrons by explaining club membership, application form, the benefits and how the card works at the slot machine. Assist other floor personnel when advanced troubleshooting skills are required. All other duties as assigned.
