It is the responsibility of the Central Reservation Specialty agent to serve as a vital link between Room reservations, the Casino department and the Sales department at the individual properties. Answer all incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale phone lines from outside or within the company. Position duties encompass all aspects of great Guest service when assisting both our internal and external Guests with incoming calls, and inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months' work experience in a customer service position, preferably within the hospitality industry. Assist our VIP Guests with requests for room reservations, event reservations and special room blocks as requested. Input all required information into the Casino Tracking system to ensure Guests are appropriately coded to events. Excellent oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior to effectively handle all issues, which may be sensitive in nature. Ability to communicate and listen effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.

JOB SUMMARY
The Cage Cashier is responsible for safeguarding company assets while adhering to all company policies, departmental procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. This role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:
Greeting Guests, recognizing frequent Guests, and ensuring that they have information on how to contact any Host for future needs. Responsible for developing and increasing Guest visits and play habits. Responsible for filing events based on play criteria.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by providing exceptional service and hospitality.
Making outbound calls to invite guests and promote events, greeting and welcoming players on the casino floor, and ensuring a high level of personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
Serves as the primary point of contact for VIP players and assist with resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Review casino play to evaluate and issue appropriate complimentaries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all Guests.
Explaining the benefits and privileges of using a player's card. Responsible for improving Guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP Guests. Responsible for acquiring new and inactive business.
Approving credit and managing reinvestments in Guests.
