Essential Functions: * Responsible for key security by properly adhering to key checkout procedures. * Cleaning rooms includes making beds, dusting, vacuuming carpet, moping tile, removing all trash, disinfecting sinks, tubs, toilets. * Must clean a minimum of 14 rooms a day while marinating the Caesars's standard of cleanliness and delivering great guest service. * Supplies rooms with all amenities, linens, and special items as requested. * Assures that every room meets four-star standards prior to guest occupancy. * Responsible for maintaining workstation, including stocking workstation with sheets, pillowcases, towels, and all amenities. * Completes daily housekeeping reports as required by Housekeeping Supervisors. * Enters proper code, via telephone, to update checkout ready status for rooms to ensure "Fast and Flawless" service standards. * Follows all established safety and security guidelines. * Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same. * Moves furniture in room as necessary, weighing up to 15 pounds. * Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures. * Secure and return key at end of shift. * Turn in all Lost and Found items to security in a timely manner * Notifies supervisors of any conspicuous people or problems, such as missing room items, damage, pets, engineering problems, etc. * Completes all other duties as assigned.
