Provides Slot Operations with MIS interface support, recording AS400 application development. Manages the generation and timely delivery of all Slot Operations' service requests. Maintains files of all slot machines within SDS. Develops and delivers SDS management reports in support of Machine Performance and Maintenance, Slot Customer Service Standards and Slot Operations productivity. Assists in the planning and the execution of programs to improve revenue growth, operational costs and customer service levels assigned. Makes necessary changes in SDS when machines are moved on the casino floor. Safeguard Slot assets Monitor slot activities for adherence to Company policies and various gaming regulatory requirements. Service Machines when malfunctions occur. Perform preventative maintenance on slot machines on a scheduled basis.
