Pros of working at Pennsbury High School

Literally nothing. They expect you to work until you die with almost zero incentives. Janitorial staff is constantly getting shit on, we get complaints but when the complaints are addressed nothing happens.

Cons of working at Pennsbury High School

Having to interact with literal irl community retards all day every day. Some of the stupidest people ive ever had to deal with. Constant shit talking on every level at every school. There is no down time the schools are constantly in use almost 24/7.

That i get healthcare insurance and thats it.

What do you like best about Pennsbury High School's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. admins, hr, admin assistants, office staff and most importantly the superintendent are all over paid literal r*t*rds. Heres an idea, pay them sub $50,000 a year and see how quickly those faggots leave their legacy positions.

How would you improve Pennsbury High School's culture?

I would implement fair representation for every employee through the union and i would implement fair payment based on job type instead of DEGREE. All i want from life is a house and a family yet no one else wants that to happen. All they have to do is pay me a liveable wage BASED ON THE SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS OF THE AREA I WAS BORN INTO and i woud not care at all how im treated.

How did you prepare for the Pennsbury High School interview?

I didnt. I applied for a support staff position and winged it. I had literally zero hopes of working at pennsbury, just needed healthcare and some form of income. Little did i know how awful it would be working for them.

Its laughable and pathetic.

No one gives a f*** about racial diversity, WHAT ABOUT SOCIOECONOMIC DIVERSITY!!!!!!!!! how blind are people to not realize that future generations will be born into areas they cannot afford to survive in????????

What brings you the most joy at Pennsbury High School?

Going home. i used to have a better outlook on my job and my position in a working class society however that has changed due to not receiving fair payment equivalent to my area. I cannot afford an apartment nor a house, soon i will be living out of my car working for pennsbury:)
