Started out okay but quickly went downhill. The pay was decent but I put in so much overtime I ended up making far less per hour. Average benefits.
So many cons there isn't enough room to list them all. The main thing potential employees need to know is this company has a very hostile work environment. You get in trouble for taking the initiative or asking questions. The common reply you can expect is figure it out yourself. The relationship between employee and manager is adversarial. You will have no one as your advocate.
There are none unless you consider working 50 -60 hours a week a benefit.
Nothing. They don't care about the employees and make no effort to advocate for them.
I would toss out all managers who engage in creating a hostile work environment for employees.
I investigated the company online and read the reviews. Little did I know how wrong they were. If I had any idea how bad the environment was, I would never have applied.
It was nothing to brag about. I actually lost money due to the excessive hours I had to work.
There was plenty of diversity. They were awful to everyone without exception.
I really enjoyed the work I did right up until I started working at this company. By the time I left, I got out of that line of work and never looked back.
