Duties include: Collect waste from work area; wash chalkboard, gather dirty erasers and supply clean erasers Dust, dust mop floors, wet mop floors, spot clean and vacuum rugs, runners, etc. , rotate runners and clean stairways Wash glass, mirrors, light fixtures, wainscoting, railings, toilet fixtures, etc. , clean restrooms and stock dispensers Wash and polish furniture, brass, etc. Maintain equipment and materials used to perform work in a clean and orderly condition Lock doors, close and lock windows and turn out lights Report needed repairs to supervisor Job Requirements: Requires the use of simple writing, adding, subtracting, whole numbers and the carrying out of instructions; and the use of fixed gauges and direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required. Up to 3 months of effective experience. The team includes nationally recognized board-certified faculty, PGY2 and PGY4 psychiatry residents, and 3rd- and 4th-year medical students, with additional rotations from other specialties. Beyond inpatient care, you will support consultations for Jeanes Hospital, a 176-bed community hospital, and collaborate on outpatient CL services alongside residents in the CL Psychiatry subspecialty track. Temple Health is expanding its mental health programs, including a comprehensive women's mental health initiative, proactive CL services, and integrated behavioral health care within primary care practices across the system. The Section of Hematology in the Department of Medicine at LKSOM provides inpatient consult service and outpatient hematology clinics for patients with classical as well as malignant hematologic disorders. The faculty teach clinical fellows, residents, medical students, and physician assistant students and participate in clinical and translational research. The physician-scientist will be a member of the Section of Hematology and have outpatient clinics focused on hemostasis and thrombotic disorders. He/She will practice out of the flagship Temple University Hospital, a 746-bed tertiary care facility with robust clinical hematology and oncology programs, that is adjacent to the Medical School.     The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine is excited to announce a search for a board certified or board eligible emergency medicine physician for a one-year non-accredited fellowship in Emergency Department Research. The Fellowship curriculum is designed to prepare fellows with the research training and skills in research operations and administration necessary to excel in a leadership role within an academic emergency department immediately upon graduation. The incumbent will: • Develop a specific area of expertise and emergency medicine research focus. • Develop knowledge and skills related to research collaboration and communication within a translational research environment. • Develop skills needed to successfully assume more complex, high-level leadership roles within emergency departments, medical schools and hospital systems as their career progresses. The Department of Emergency Medicine has an extensive research portfolio with a wide range of research areas including emergency ultrasound; acute neurological illness and injury such as acute stroke, status epilepticus, and traumatic brain injury; critical illness; and emerging infectious diseases. The Research Fellow will work closely with a core group of established investigators and a team of coordinators in the Department. In addition, funding and resources are available to develop pilot projects and obtain the necessary skills to establish an independent research career. In addition, the Research Fellow will have the opportunity to work directly with research mentors at partner academic institutions (University of Pennsylvania, Cooper Medical Center, University of Maryland/Shock Trauma) if interested.
