The SRDD is providing technical expertise to the government in all aspects of SONAR technologies. Typical duties may include: Support piezoelectric material processing Characterization, production and procurement for fleet transducers Support for transducer modeling, fabrication, and documentation Support for acoustic testing, data analysis, and data display. Multiple opportunities exist for undergraduate students to support this effort. The successful candidate will work up to 20 hours/week during the fall and spring semesters and 40 hours/week over the summer.
