Maintenance Staff: $20.32 Per Hour, Full-Time Must have Valid Driver License Position Summary Reliable and detail-oriented office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that office spaces, common areas and restrooms are kept tidy and hygienic. Essential Functions Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, chairs, workstations, windows and doors. Sweep, mop and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and minimize environmental infectious diseases transmission. Comply with OSHA rules and regulations. Use green products that are provided by the Agency to reduce risks, use appropriate tools and equipment during daily work routine. Complete online trainings as assigned by the Agency. Create inventory of supplies and logout sheets. Fill out janitorial checklists at the end of each shift. Lock doors at the end of each shift. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Follow safety rules and precautions. Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed. Break up boxes and properly dispose of them. Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked. Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas, including cleaning countertops, sinks and appliances. Collaborate with other employees and facility teams as need it. Clean side walk and facility entrances as need it. Refill hand soaps, paper towels and other necessary supplies. Put out extra cleaning material on Friday in preparation for the weekend. Report any maintenance issues or shortages of cleaning supplies to supervisor. Minor repairs, as needed. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a hygienic workspace. During a declared disaster, assume and adhere to assigned Job Action role(s) consistent with Disaster Preparedness Plan. Be able to sit or stand as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation. May require walking, primarily on a level surface, for short periods throughout the day, with or without reasonable accommodation. Be able to reach above shoulder heights, below the waist or lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation.
