A Typical Day The Qualified Assumption Processor will work with applicants who wish to assume the mortgage terms and payment of qualified mortgage loans.

Job Description
Develops credit-structuring alternatives for large account transactions. Job Overview The Audio Video Network Engineer is the subject matter expert responsible for the design, deployment, integration, and maintenance of all networked audiovisual systems.
This role ensures audio and video deployments are reliable, secure and seamlessly work across our IP Network.
A Typical Day The AV Network Engineer oversees the development and day-to-day operations of the company's voice and data networks.
The AV Network Engineer will: Take ownership of our current conferencing solution, Zoom over Dante.
Manage the system upgrades, system failures and replacements.
Keep track of all equipment within our network, via IP, Name and location Take part in all off-site events which require audio and video setup.
Make recommendations for Audio equipment upgrades Oversee and execute planned network maintenance work, minimizing operational impact and ensuring continued smooth operation of the data and voice network infrastructure.
Support and lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of company's rapidly growing network and voice infrastructure (including but not limited to LAN, WAN, VPN's, Qos and WAN Optimization, Firewalls, VoIP) Collaborate with other team members and groups to identify and develop scalable network designs, solutions and policy Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of relevant work experience in audo and video solution, preferably with DANTE Protocol Proven troubleshooter and problem solver, demonstrates sound judgment and decision making, demonstrated ability to execute effectively and deliver results, works well in fast paced, high energy environment Intimate familiarity with switching, routing, and wireless protocols required.
Experience with Security and authentication systems: VPNs, RADIUS, LDAP, Kerberos is preferred.
Telephony experience in a production call center & enterprise environments is preferred Juniper platform experience preferred.

A Typical Day The Pre-Foreclosure Default Specialist is responsible for minimizing risk exposure by working in partnership with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and REO vendors, in addition to Title Resolution and Closing Attorney resources to administer foreclosure cases requiring higher levels of proficiency due to complexity (analytical, technical, and business knowledge components).
