Working knowledge of construction tools, equipment operation, and safety practices. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or certification in carpentry or construction. Certification such as NCCER (as applicable). OSHA safety training. Work Environment / Schedule Onsite at Mytikas Industries's production facility in Florence, Colorado. Production-driven environment; PPE required (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, hard hats). Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (40 hours total). What Mytikas Industries Offers Competitive hourly pay at $25.00/hour.
