The Service Loyalty Coordinator makes outbound service calls, establishes relationships with the customers and schedules appointments for the Service Department. The staff accountant performs the daily responsibilities of Corporate Accounting related to the review, analysis, reconciliation and maintenance of the balance sheet and corporate overhead accounts on a monthly basis. Under direct supervision, the Field Service Technician performs moderately complex customer support activities for equipment and systems products such as hydraulics, component repair, welding, and relatively complex equipment. The Field Service Technician performs repair, preventative maintenance and installation with regional responsibility for equipment and systems.
