What You'll Do

Expected Compensation
$16.80 - $25.44/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Responsibilities
Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery to customers according to company standards or client specifications
Apply detailing products to enhance the appearance of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish
Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of vehicles in our inventory
Thoroughly wash, buff, and wax exteriors
Vacuum, steam, and deodorize interiors
Conduct inspections to ensure all areas of the vehicle meet quality standards before delivery to customers
Neatly organize new and pre-owned vehicle lots, move cars as directed, and contribute to maintaining an appealing physical appearance of our inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment
Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed for cleaning and presentation purposes.
Undertake any other related tasks as required
Experience
Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals
Familiarity with buffing/polishing techniques and car wash procedures is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Experience with window tinting or other automotive services is an advantage but not mandatory
A valid driver's license is required to operate various types of vehicles safely.
