he Body Shop Parts Advisor is responsible for provide guidance and assistance on the selection and procurement of required parts per the manufacture guidelines.
Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information
Review body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate
Pull and fill orders from stock
Notify body shop parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received
Pull orders for delivery to the parts department, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number
Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenishes assigned inventory daily
Verify will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required
Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
Excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to maintain a professional image and demeanor
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook) is a must
Ability to speak multiple languages is always a plus
Previous automotive parts experience or military equivalent experience preferred
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & drug test)

The "B" Level Service Technician has the responsibility of understanding and completing routine repairs necessary for the repair of customer vehicles. Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
Document all work performed and recommended on assigned repair order
Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards
Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary and practical
Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on vehicles
Perform all levels of preventive/routine maintenance services
Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology
Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores
Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims
Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees
Take care to ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information
ASE certifications heavily preferred
Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred
Previous automotive technician experience required
Must have basic tools
Must have great technical and mechanical skills

The Office Manager assists the accounting manager with the financial condition of the dealership and directing the overall financial planning, budgeting and accounting practices. As with all positions within dealerships, managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
Previous Automotive experience is required
Assist accounting manager with overseeing the financial accounting system and personnel
Assist accounting manager with preparing monthly budgets and financial statements
Forecast financial goals for each quarter to maintain the dealership's profitability
Review all financial statements, ledgers, and manage the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies
Meet with the accounting staff regularly to review business matters and develop plans to increase profitability
Managers should have strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected and familiarity with additional accounting software programs is valued
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
College Degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred (mathematics, business and accounting coursework beneficial)
Some dealerships may require a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
Must be at least eighteen years of age

The Master or Level "A" Service Technician has the responsibility of understanding and completing perplex work necessary for the repair of a customer's vehicle. This individual will be extremely familiar and seasoned in a particular manufacturer line and have received all manufacturer certifications including but not limited to engine mechanical, engine control systems, electric, hydraulic brake systems, suspension, heating/air conditioning, instruments/gauges, drivability, intermittent issues and noises.
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle
Document all work performed and recommended on assigned repair order
Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time
Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards
Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary and practical
Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology
Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scores
Complete the work, notations and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims
Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees
Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on automobile, and or, light truck vehicles
Utilize hand held devices to diagnose malfunctions
Assist and help fellow technicians in the shop with vehicle diagnosis
Participate in the training and developing of novice team members/technicians in the shop
Take care to ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced
Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property and information
ASE certifications heavily preferred - Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred - Previous automotive technician experience required
