Team Leadership & Development * Supervise and develop the Public Relations Specialist, providing growth opportunities and mentorship. * Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal communications, marketing, HR, and corporate affairs teams. The Retail Parts Shipping and Receiving Associate verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Assures proper control of parts inventory and related administrative functions. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? The We'll Buy Your Car Drop Off Coordinator (Used Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator) is focused and specifically trained to inspect, process and complete the transaction of vehicles received by AutoNation's We'll Buy Your Car program (WBYC). The Drop Off Coordinator role includes conducting vehicle inspections to ensure they match up with Condition Reports filled out by our customers online, process and upload documents required for the purchase, and present payment to our customers via same day check or Zelle. Our Drop Off Associates provide an exceptional customer experience, appropriately managing the customer's expectations, and will strive to deliver on the 'check within an hour' promise of the We'll Buy Your Car program. The Collision Detailer will clean; refurbish and detail vehicles repaired by the collision center and or sold by the dealership. Will inspect for imperfections in repairs while cleaning the vehicle and will correct imperfection or inform management of the situation. The Master Technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards and builds Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a care-giver for their vehicle safety and reliability. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? * Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty. * Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication. * Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer. * Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles. * Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order. * Maintaining an inventory of normal Technician's tools not normally inventoried by the Service department as "special tools." * Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. * Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty How will I know if I am successful?
