Todd has more than 25 years of experience working with companies on a wide range of legal, regulatory, business development and human resource issues. In his human resources related responsibilities, he has focused on compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational structure and design and recruiting.

Prior to joining PMC, Todd served as Chief Legal Officer and SVP-Human Resources for Oversee.net, an innovative, technology-focused online advertising and marketing company with operating companies in the domain services, travel, retail and consumer finance verticals. While at Oversee, Todd was honored by the Daily Journal in 2014 as a Top In House Counsel in California and in 2012 the Los Angeles Business Journal honored Todd by awarding him its Corporate Counsel Award in the Private Companies with Less than $1 Billion in Annual Revenue category.

Before moving to Oversee, Todd was a partner in the Los Angeles office of Bingham McCutchen LLP where he focused on M&A transactions, venture capital and debt financings and general corporate work. Prior to joining Bingham, Todd worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Kaye Scholer LLP in New York City.
