You and your team will be responsible for: * Antenna selection, simulation and design * Antenna placement in the vehicle * Evaluate and select potential RF Radio solutions and suppliers by supporting the development of RFIs, RFQs and ESOWs. * Determine test requirements and test capability at the ECU level and in vehicle. * Complete all phases of development from prototype to mass production to ensure end to end in vehicle RF signal path performance covering all antennae, RF frontend, LNA and harness characterization; hardware bring up and verification. * Manage suppliers and venders to achieve best performance and meeting aggressive schedules. * Work cross functionally with many different teams inside the company, suppliers and service vendors. Qualifications: * Experience in a management and leadership role. * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (or a similar technical field) with a focus on RF is required. Master's degree or higher education is preferred. * Professional experience in RF circuit and system design. * Excellent planning and organizational skills. * Strong communications and negotiating skills. * Project management experience. * Skilled in RF test instrumentation. * Knowledge in RF modulation and protocols. Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
