What I enjoyed about the company was that they took good care of the employees. There was always OT offered. I appreciated the constant help and feedback given on a daily basis. They also offered PTO which was very nice.
The only thing I did not like was that it was strictly a full time job. I am currently a full time student as well so having the flexibility to work part time when needed was not possible and it was not easy to balance.
I enjoyed the constant prizes to the representatives who performed well on a monthly basis. Made me and others feel appreciated.

Microaggressions with discrimination against people of color and women with promotion, mild hostile work environment which includes, part of the "you have to overwork to be appreciated or recognized" culture, micromanagement, quality over quantity.
