What I enjoyed about the company was that they took good care of the employees. There was always OT offered. I appreciated the constant help and feedback given on a daily basis. They also offered PTO which was very nice.
The only thing I did not like was that it was strictly a full time job. I am currently a full time student as well so having the flexibility to work part time when needed was not possible and it was not easy to balance.
I enjoyed the constant prizes to the representatives who performed well on a monthly basis. Made me and others feel appreciated.
