Pros of working at Pentair

Strong culture and performance focused. Pay is fair for the position. Lots of opportunity to move up and laterally within the broader company

Cons of working at Pentair

Managers tend to have knee-jerk reactions to any issues that take more than 5 minutes to resolve. They don't like to really invest in their employees for further career development.
