We have an opportunity for a SAP Analyst - Record to Report (RTR) to join our dynamic SAP S/4HANA team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for the RTR workstream. You'll play a key part in Pentair's multi-year global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative by partnering with business leaders to define requirements, help deploy a standardized global RTR framework across multiple sites and functions, build process documentation, and support change management, all while contributing directly to a large-scale digital transformation. You will:
* Partner with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to analyze requirements and design, develop, and test robust SAP solutions supporting core RTR processes with particular attention to the CO module.
* Gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* Lead and support RTR-related projects and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Perform hands-on configuration in S/4HANA for standard cost estimates, variance analysis, material master data for costing purposes and inter-company processes.
* Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and preparation of functional specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to design seamless end-to-end processes and integrations.
* Lead or contribute to testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
* Provide deep functional expertise and production support for RTR processes, including incident resolution and break-fix solutions.
* Create and maintain essential project documentation, including business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and test scripts.
* Influence RTR process strategy by recommending best practices and innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA RTR (Record-to-Report) processes.
* Minimum three full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, with direct involvement in RTR process design and deployment.
* Experience working in Agile environments and with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum, ADO, Kanban).
* Strong knowledge of Product Costing sub-module (CO-PA and CO-PC), cost structure configuration and analysis, cost components, costing run, variance analysis, activity rates, WIP calculation and integrations with other SAP modules and external systems.
* Proficient in configuration and testing of SAP S/4HANA RTR modules.
* Experience developing functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.

Compensation:
For California and New York City residents, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $78100 - $ 145000 / year. The role of the Shipping & Receiving Associate
will be responsible for handling shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring verification and recording of all records for incoming and outgoing shipments.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently perform shipping and receiving functions, including:
Handling materials manually or with hoists, slings, forklifts, and other industrial equipment, if needed.
Gathering parts from warehouse inventory, as needed, and per bill of material.
Accurately weighing, marking, and packaging all outgoing shipments to ensure safe transport and to mitigate any potential damage or delay in the shipping process.
Ensuring materials are transferred accurately and timely to required workstation(s) and/or production work areas, and verifying part numbers and quantities for inventory management purposes.
Fabricating shipping crates, pallets, and boxes per provided specifications.
Maintaining the finished products storage area to ensure inventory readiness and ease of pulling product for shipping preparation and distribution.
Proactively working with appropriate parties regarding daily schedule and order requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely receiving and recording of materials by validating deliveries against purchase orders, and promptly inputting materials received into the assigned storage location in Visual (ERP).
Correctly and legibly complete and/or maintain all required documentation related to shipping and receiving functions.
Perform cycle counts, as needed, to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies and process breakdowns; communicate issues promptly to supervisor.

Education/Experience
One (1) year of warehousing/receiving operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.

Summary of the Position
Provide technical phone support for Hitachi Global Air Power (HGAP) C&I/Industrial Stationary products. Responsible for answering technical questions about HGAP products including installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. Work with various departments at HGAP to address concerns from the field to drive issues to a timely closure. Document service visits and generate reports with action items. Support HGAP Training Department through content development and product updates for customers, distributors, and employees.

Adhere to production schedules by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, material specifications, locations, and machining parameters, and interpret complex geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
Effectively operate CNC machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches. Apply basic math, geometry, trigonometry, and proving parts to determine calculating requirements, using G-code and/or conversational programming, as needed.
Correctly set-up CNC machines by programming, editing, installing, and adjusting tools, attachments, collets, bushings, stops, and indicating parts with minimal to no assistance.
Safely load raw material by lifting stock into position, and verify setting by measuring positions, first-run part and sample work pieces, and adhering to international standards.
Ensure part(s) specifications by observing drilling, grooving and cutting, including turning, and facing. Take measurements to identify malfunctions, apply troubleshooting techniques, as needed, and take corrective measures by adjusting and editing existing programs, and replacing worn tools.
Properly maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer user instructions, appropriately troubleshooting malfunctions, and reporting issues for repairs timely.
Regularly educate and train other machinists on production, programming, troubleshooting and maintenance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of parts and pieces.
Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs; document actions by completing production and quality logs.
