Nancy is a growth-minded digital operations leader with 25 years of experience as a senior business consultant, successful entrepreneur, and digital strategist.

In her current role as Chief Productivity Officer, Nancy leads Pentalog’s zone management rollout. Working on a global scale, Nancy helps teams become data-driven and outcomes-oriented, establishing agile OKRs for Pentalog’s CEO and senior management team.

In her previous role as Chief Customer Success Officer for Pentalog Americas, Nancy responded to strong demand from US clients by overseeing a multifaceted strategy to ignite growth for Pentalog’s Guadalajara, Mexico delivery center. Her efforts helped to quintuple the agency’s recruitment team, triple the engineering team, and double revenue in 9 months.

As Chief Operating Officer of the Americas, Nancy works to ensure smooth delivery for all administrative functions, and to align resources and processes across the various entities of Pentalog worldwide.

Nancy is Pentalog’s on-call strategist for digital transformation and continues to lead select US entertainment and media brands. Nancy teaches at CUNY J-School in the Graduate Entrepreneurial Journalism program. She is currently helping to launch a Systems Innovation Hub in New York City.

Nancy was a co-founder of RevSquare, the digital marketing agency acquired by Pentalog in 2016. She is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Columbia Business School. Nancy is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French.

Monica joined Pentalog in 2003 as an intern, after graduating with her master’s degree. Just one year after joining, she took over management of Pentalog’s Bucharest delivery center, focusing on local business development. In 2009, she flew to Hanoi to supervise the establishment of the company’s first office in Asia. The same year, she took on the challenging role of Group COO.

After an exemplary professional career, Monica was appointed Pentalog’s Deputy CEO in 2011 and became responsible for production management, as well as the group’s financial and administrative management. In 2015, she was named CEO of Pentalog Software Factory - the platform’s technology branch, in charge of software development, IT consulting and Cloud solutions.

Since October 2018, she has been appointed Chief Customer Success Officer for our software and growth factories in both Europe & Asia. She also serves as administrator and shareholder of The Pentalog Group.

Monica is a Foreign Trade Advisor to the French embassy in Romania, a Member of AUF’s (Francophonie Academic Agency), Administrator of CCIFER (French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania), and the first woman president of the Francophone network for female entrepreneurs.

In 2015, she was awarded “Outsourcing Manager of the Year”.

Éric is an experienced tactician who joined Pentalog in 1999 - for the opening of our first delivery center in Romania. Over the years, he has held several positions such as Project Director, Production Director, and Consultant in the banking and embedded systems areas.

Fully involved in the strategic operations of the company, Éric has participated in the development of several startups in Pentalog’s ecosystem as well as the company’s strategic investments.

After managing Pentalabbs, the financially armed wing and startup accelerator of Pentalog and SkillValue, our IT assessment and talent sourcing platform, Eric has been appointed Chief Operating Officer & Performance Manager.

French by birth but a New Yorker by choice, Jeff launched his first press and communications agency at just 24 years old, kicking off a successful career as a digital thought leader.

Among his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Jeff created the world’s first daily children’s magazine and founded a communications agency, both amassing several million dollars in revenue shortly after launch.

Jeff is also the creator of the NYC digital agency RevSquare, purchased by Pentalog in 2016. Under his leadership, the U.S. team has grown revenue three-fold. Jeff spends his time helping clients catalyze digital transformation, focusing, in particular, on SaaS companies and media.
