Mr. Monaghan was a member of the board of directors of CD Diagnostics, Inc. from 2012 to 2016 and served as the chairman of the Audit Committee from 2012 to 2015 and as chairman of the board from 2015 to 2016. John Baumann is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Midmark Corporation. ​ Prior to holding this position, he joined the Midmark Board of Directors in 2009 and was named Chairman in 2013.
