Internship Responsibilities will Include: Research and vet vendors, including production partners, talent, stylists, and event specialists. Support talent coordination during pre-production by conducting outreach, securing deliverables, and collecting required metrics. Participate in internal meetings, take notes, and track action items related to event planning and production workflows. Assist with on-site preparation by organizing materials, checking in vendors, and supporting talent hospitality areas. Maintain organized folders, spreadsheets, and shared documents to streamline production operations. Provide production support for on-site shoots from organizing materials and products to prop pickups and wardrobe prep. About You: Candidates for this role should have: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
