Job Requirements * Graduated from an accredited CMA program. * Active and unrestricted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification and the ability to be favorably credentialed. * 2 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant. * CPR or BLS certification. * High School Diploma. * Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, resided in the U.S. for 3 years in the past 5 years. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills. * Proficiency with computers and common office equipment, as well as with MS Office products required. * Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high paced environment without physical limitations. * Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities. Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual (English/Spanish or other relevant languages) preferred. * Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher; has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months. * Detention center experience.
