Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.
Responsibilities:
* On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
* This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
* At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements:
* MA state valid LPN or RN license.
* A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are also required.
* A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Position Overview
Assess and prioritize incoming emergency patients

Conduct point-of-care testing and interpret results
Manage pain assessment and intervention protocols

Requirements
• Current RN license (Arizona or Compact State)
• 2 years of emergency or critical care experience

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.
Responsibilities:
* On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
* This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
* At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements:
* MA state valid LPN or RN license.
* A qualifying criminal background check and a valid drivers license are also required.
* A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
