The hourly pay range for this position in NJ is $36.75 to $58.80, plus overtime eligible.

JOB PURPOSE:
In this role, you will be tasked with providing hands-on implementation and deployment services to our customers. Peoplesoft technical consultant job in Washington, DC
In this position, you will work closely with customers to help define geospatial-centric solutions and implementation of those solutions. You will solve complex geospatial problems by evaluating and translating the customer's business goals, objectives, and strategies.

Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Vienna, VA area for this position.
Responsibilities
Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions
Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services
Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies
Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations
Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online)
Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs
Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain
Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns
Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers, project managers, and/or customers
Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills
US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance
Bachelor's in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
Recommended Qualifications
Master's in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
Programming and scripting experience with Python
Domain experience around Defense and Intelligence content workflows
Experience with current technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture
Understanding of IT integration concepts such as databases, web services, webhooks, mobile devices configurations, web browsers, IT system architecture concepts
