Our goal is for the candidate to be the direct link between the patient and the physician/APP and an integral part of the care team. Located in Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital, 5 Pavilion is a medical-surgical unit with telemetry. The unit encompasses both private and semi-private rooms that contain a total of 25 beds. We provide inpatient acute care to adults recovering from a wide variety of conditions, such as pneumonia, heart failure, and chest pain.
