This may include moving raw material handling to the production line, and/or filling, capping, sealing, labeling or packaging product. Removes damaged products or supplies, as needed. Position responsible for production, package, and flavor changeovers. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently. Position requires lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over a long work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during the shift and may include stooping, crawling and crouching over and under conveyors. The R&D FSQA Supplier Integration Lead will play a critical role in supporting the R&D Foods Category team with the integration of the Sabra Foods business into PepsiCo's supply base. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that all ingredient suppliers meet PepsiCo's Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) standards and external regulatory requirements during the transition. The North American Technical Team Leader is a key member of GE Aerospace Government Accounting Controllership team responsible for creating the vision, setting the strategy and leading execution to deliver maximum compliant recovery of cost in support of a $6B US Government business portfolio. The Capacity Assessment Team Leader is responsible to build and develop a team to implement processes and measurement systems relating to capacity, capacity assessment and delivery readiness. The Team Leader leads the implementation and execution of this process with suppliers ensuring that there is a regular, thorough and robust assessment of the suppliers future looking supply capacity. This includes identification of capacity constraints at the supplier genba, development of countermeasures to mitigate constraints, hand off and communicate capacity assessment results for action plan management with the Supplier Team and Part Family Readiness leaders, and forecasting of future delivery capability with the SIOP team. The leader will develop the team's capability to be proactive problems with supplier partners and use Flight Deck and Daily Management to continually improve team performance. The goal for this role will be to ensure there are capacity assessment standards, consistently applied to collect and communicate capacity assessment results with partner organizations.
