What You Will Do:
Complete cycle counts and reconciliations
Run various reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis including morning production reports, weekly cycle counting reports, and monthly variance reports
Conduct audits on production sheets and other pertinent inventory documents to verify accuracy
Manage off-spec and old material to ensure proper work-off or disposal of material, conduct scrapping of materials, and track the disposition purpose
Coordinate and lead physical inventories
Help with sampling efforts from the Materials Control side
Count and review label stock to ensure proper stock
Keep track of pallet counts and order pallets when needed
Assist in daily activities including labeling, counting, planning, etc. as needed.
Manage virtual inventories and shipments in SAP, audit production receipts and receiving amounts to verify accuracy in SAP, clear SAP error logs, and train personnel on SAP transactions including inventory and warehouse management systems.
Active role in the WMS implementation and sustainment of the system
Follow all safety and plant procedures and policies

What You Will Do:
Executive Communications Support:
* Prepare briefing materials and coordinate communication opportunities for the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and Vice President of Water Partnerships and Community Impact.
* Develop compelling content and provide strategic counsel for executive communications, including internal messages, external media engagements, and thought leadership pieces.
* Coordinate executive participation in key events by preparing presentation materials and coordinating communication logistics.
* Draft and refine content for awards, recognition applications, and speaking engagements for sustainability and community impact leaders.
Corporate Sustainability Communications:
* Develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that reinforce Ecolab's brand as a global leader in sustainability.
* Craft compelling content for key external channels, including press releases, external media, and the annual Growth & Impact Report.
* Lead the strategic positioning of Ecolab's sustainability achievements through content for industry awards and recognition programs.
Community Impact Communications:
* Develop and lead the communication strategy and planning for major enterprise-wide Community Impact campaigns, including goal-setting and success measurement (including Global Giving Month, Employee Giving, International Volunteer Week, and Foundation Impact Reports).
* Manage and maintain a comprehensive communications editorial calendar, coordinating cross-functional messaging for global days of recognition.
* Create and disseminate engaging communications and compelling promotional assets, driving an increase in employee giving and volunteerism.
* Monitor and analyze engagement across all Community Impact communication channels, leveraging insights to continuously optimize content and strategy for maximum impact
* Cultivate and manage joint communication initiatives and campaigns directly with external Foundation/NGOs and grant partners, strategically amplifying shared impact and enhancing the Ecolab brand.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:
* Collaborate closely with Ecolab's Global Communications team by contributing to global campaigns and content development for sustainability topics.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
* 5 years of progressive communications experience, with demonstrated success in corporate communications, sustainability, or related fields

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

The US Senior Pay & Time Manager role is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of payroll and time & attendance specialists supporting exempt and non-exempt US employee populations across multiple sites and business units. As a US Senior Pay & Time Manager, you will be responsible for leading the compliance, productivity and efficiency of the essential service and process delivery of payroll and time & attendance functions. You will provide strategic direction and insight on continuous improvement solutions to evolve and enhance payroll and time & attendance processes and systems, and you will build leadership capability to sustain results. Additionally you will be responsible for serving as a peer mentor to other team leaders in the NAM organization.
**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations.
+ Leading a high-performing team, developing the team's technical proficiency, making training and development opportunities available and achievable.

**Qualifications/ Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited university with minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in HR Function and/or Payroll/Time & Attendance area.
+ Expertise in Workday Payroll, time & attendance systems and integration with payroll processes.
+ Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including FLSA, tax compliance and reporting.
+ Willing to travel as needed up to 15%.

**Pay and Benefits:**
