Here's a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:
* Be the primary territory salesperson to all account types in the geography you are assigned to for route and or geography coverage, including smaller accounts like convenience and gas stores, small grocery stores, drug stores, and dollar stores, as well as large accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants.
* Provide an elevated level of professional selling and drive revenue share and profit growth by owning and managing communications with Store Owners, Store Managers, and other potential buyers.
* Manage all aspects of sales in all small format and low-volume accounts, including upselling, writing new orders, and managing inventory as contracted with each customer, as well as offering support as needed.
* In large format and higher-volume accounts, drive incremental selling initiatives while influencing and leading collaboration with a team (called a pod) of Merchandisers, who will serve as primary in-store service execution providers.
* Develop and motivate a team of Merchandisers on accurate and timely order submission, customer service excellence, display execution, and inventory management.
* Grow and develop customers in assigned territory.
* Monitor and administer a high-level of contract compliance (Pepsi's Customer Development Agreement), specifically in small format accounts.

Our Site Operational Excellence /Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible to identify opportunities for continuous improvement while managing and disseminating pertinent and accurate correspondence and information as it relates to our CI efforts.
What You'll Do for Us
Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, equipment performance, and safety in all areas of the plant.
Facilitate and participate/lead in Kaizen events to promote team-driven improvements.
Partner with safety, quality, maintenance, Blending, Warehouse, and production departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
Conduct audits and assessments of machine performance, tracking uptime and downtime to support proactive maintenance.
Gather and analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Support development and sustainability of standardized work procedures.
Train and coach team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, 5S, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
Monitor and report on improvement project progress and overall operational KPIs.
Ensure CI initiatives comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Participate in all routines within operating model meetings to report findings and propose solutions for ongoing improvements
Adaptability for changing priorities based on business needs.
Qualification & Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively.
Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment.
Forklift and Hi-Lift certified or ability to become certified in a reasonable time frame
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations
Must be able to use computer and associated software programs, such as Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP, Infinity Quality System.

Job Description
As a Hypersonic Systems Analyst, you will lead the development of advanced hypersonic propulsion systems, overseeing technical objectives to ensure successful delivery of program requirements. Your responsibilities include executing design and analysis of high-speed propulsion systems and subsystems in support of engine testing. You will apply standard practices and processes to perform project tasks effectively and in a technically sound fashion, ensuring alignment with department and program objectives.
You will work in a team that performs research and development of supersonic and hypersonic air-breathing propulsion and vehicle systems. In this role you will:
* Apply knowledge of high-speed propulsion and operability principles, fluid dynamics and aero-thermal mechanical systems to make informed decisions leading to rapid development of systems in support of an integrated prototype for ground and/or flight testing
* Generate complete mechanical designs using 3D CAD of prototype systems
* Perform thermal-structural analysis using ANSYS
* Perform fluid mechanical analyses of fuel and other flow systems in support of testing goals.
* Support the fulfilment of technical milestones of the project to meet program schedule and deliver test articles on time.
* Work to ensure that quality and safety standards are addressed and exceeded.
* Support a company process that ensures adherence to standard design practices for engine development.

Required Qualifications:
