* Equipment/Component level owner for the line/system
* Leads portions of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Daily Direction Setting meetings, including: Daily reporting and prioritization of defects found/fixed
* Daily reporting of breakdowns
* Execution of the plan for the day
* Weekly Breakdown Elimination overview and development of Line Team through sharing learnings
* Weekly tracking and reporting of maintenance measurement data - Backlog, PM Completion, etc. (Indicators of the planning and scheduling system health)
* Owns the following for the assigned line/system: Identifies and address safety risks related to maintenance activities (standard and non-standard) and prioritizes safety risks identified through DH
* Maximo data integrity and adherence to Maximo standards
* Health of DH system: Leads documentation of standards and coaches the Line Team, operators and maintenance team through the identification, prioritization and resolution of defects
* Breakdown Elimination: Identification of triggers, tracking of BE's through dice chart, ensuring completion of BE's and implementation of countermeasures
* Planning & Scheduling: Plans, schedules and assigns all work (corrective and preventative maintenance) for the line. Prioritizes work as it relates to addressing top stops/losses, including shutdown planning
* Deliver parts, service and labor costs
* PM Systems for the line/system
* Supports development and leads execution of 90-Day improvement plan to deliver glidepath through loss elimination
* Build capability of the Line Team, operators and mechanics to understand their equipment at component level in addition to identifying and resolving defects

Roles and Responsibilities
Assume significant role within Integrated Product Support (IPS) team
Serve as the primary technical liaison to airframe integrators and DoD customers, collaborating to define and develop maintenance and sustainment requirements and concepts
Lead the authoring of technical documents such as Integrated Product Support (IPS) Management Plans, Life Cycle Management Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, Facilities Requirements Documents, and Depot Maintenance Plans
Lead the establishment and activation of organizational, intermediate, and depot level maintenance and sustainment capabilities
Participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance Analysis and Level of Repair Analysis
Support identification of spare parts requirements, forecasting, and management
Provide input to life cycle cost models and supportability trade studies
Provide input on the design and engineering of support equipment and the authoring of technical manuals and training
Work cross-functionally with Maintainability, Reliability, Safety, Supportability, and Human Factors engineers
Interface with Systems and Design Engineering organizations to support maintenance and sustainment capability development
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly management utilizing GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK principles to drive team progress and achieve defined program milestones and objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + Minimum of 5 years as the primary technical liaison to airframe integrators and DoD customers, collaborating to define and develop maintenance and sustainment requirements and concepts
Familiarity of U.S. military organizations, maintenance and sustainment processes and procedures, and the DoD's IPS elements

**Working at our Cincinnati Aviation Component Service Center** : Our ACSC facility develops and conducts a wide array of engine component repairs - including rotating parts, complex assemblies and nozzles on 29 different engine models. **BROAD FUNCTION:**
Apply a practical knowledge of electronic theory, related electrical circuitry, machine tool repair, in the installation, modification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhaul of mechanical/electronic production and facility equipment. Possess knowledge of industrial electrical services (3-phase less than 600V), mechanical and pneumatic devices, and mechanical/electrical production and facility equipment. Apply a familiarity with equipment components, systems, and their function, identifying malfunctions as mechanical, electrical,
electronic, or a combination of the above. Use all types of precision measuring and test equipment associated with the evaluation of function and repair of production and facility equipment. Work from blueprints, schematics, wiring and circuit diagrams, instruction manuals, sketches, written and verbal instructions. Instruct and train others as required and perform related duties.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
