This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location.
This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products. This job follows a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (opportunity to attain different work schedules with time.)
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
* Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
* Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
* Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
* Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
* Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
* Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management
* Build customer relationships at the store level
* Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route, etc.)
* Service accounts during designated times established by management

As the Technician - Data Center, you will be responsible for effectively performing assigned tasks in a data center, including general datacenter, servers and network devices setup, maintenance and troubleshooting. You will be accountable for setup and operational functions, assembly, equipment operation, general maintenance and housekeeping at assigned project locations.
Responsibilities:
Perform weekly sweeps of server and storage equipment in the data center, detecting hardware and network connectivity issues; collect and analyze ipmi-sel data and vendor-specific platform management logs
Diagnose server and storage equipment connectivity issues, including basic troubleshooting of network transceiver and optical fiber signal strength problems, using tools and procedures established in the data center
Use collected diagnostic information to engage vendor support organizations (HPE, Dell, IX, etc.) by opening support cases and following up on hardware fixes and investigations as requested
Collaborate with the data center operations team to manage the logistical aspects of the break-and-fix process, including escorting vendor contractors for repairs and ensuring alignment with established operational practices
Oversee the logistical aspects of Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for components such as rPDUs, network switches, and field-replaceable units (PSU, fan modules, controller modules)
Provide hardware support for installations, moves, additions, and changes
Decommission IT equipment such as HDD/SSD, networks, servers, storage, and backup devices
Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of equipment and data center facilities
Manage inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure asset accuracy
Update documentation for structured cabling and materials during new installations
Oversee capacity management in terms of space, power, cooling, and patch panel port availability
Understand and follow incident and change management processes
Submit regular reports on move, change, support requests, and other activities, maintaining continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

The Controls Engineer Coordinator provides project support to the plant's Maintenance team. This position is responsible for designing, programming, repairing, and maintaining programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used within PepsiCo facilities.
This position also provides support to improve productivity and operating performance in the critical areas of health and safety, quality, production, cost, service, employee engagement, and other people/leadership objectives through the use of continuous improvement methodologies.
This role and person should be recognized and accessed by the people in the plant as the key resource expert in the area.
Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance, program and perform repairs on PLC systems
* Perform preventative maintenance or repairs on more advanced production equipment as needed
* Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes more complicated repairs or adjustments as needed
* Perform breakdown analysis and oversee or perform general housekeeping
* Inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications
* Upgrade production lines with new/upgraded equipment/technology
* Direct activities of outside contractors working on assigned line
* Enforce GMP, safety, and audit standards
* May mentor and provide support to less experienced technicians
* Work independently under limited supervision (self-management)
* Documentation of work schedule and work tasks completed
* This position requires continuous work near heat, noise, gas, and chemicals.

Compensation and Benefits:
* The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,000 - $140,650.

* Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
