The Senior Program Manager- Aerospace Aftermarket Support/Repairs will have responsibility of the Repairs & Services groups at the Vandalia, OH site. This role will have oversight of both Commercial and Government programs.
This role entails complex aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and delivering results that meet customer and organizational expectations.

**Role & Responsibilities**
+ **Program Leadership** : Lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to SQDC principles.
+ **Stakeholder Management** : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
+ **Project Planning** : Develop detailed program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ **Risk Management** : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
+ **Performance Monitoring** : Track program progress, report on key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Apply lean principles to optimize program processes and outcomes.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field from an accredited college or university
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations, or contracts management

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ A minimum of 8years of experience in program management within the Aerospace/Aviation industry
+ Familiarity with GE Aerospace's FLIGHT DECK operating model
+ Experience with Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, and Standard Work principles
+ PMP or similar project management certification
+ Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and project management tools
+ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
