Not sure there are any pros

Forced overtime, poor equity in pay if you are a warehouse employee over driver or admin.

Love that warehouse employees are just cogs in the wheel until broken

Clarity, equity in pay raises for all positions, and treat warehouse employees as actual humans

The company is great but the location needs development

Management is not progressive in creating a teamwork spirit within the environment. Numbers drive down morale

Pay is good and you can earn overtime is you which.

The people were great to work with. They had a great plan and worked together to execute it.
