Pros: It depends on the site where you are assigned
Cons: A family company, yet, the Quincy Office doesn't give Thanksgiving or Christmas cards or bonuses. You're not celebrated after working for them 11 years,not even a Thank you. Coworkers sleep, drink alcohol and even WEED on the job, on the site. Supervisor does NOTHING, OFFICE MANAGER doesn't do a thing. She's NEVER in the office, always saying she's going to St Louis for sales accounts. Her Job is not sales, Davenport has a division for sales. Many times pay is wrong. Office Manager fires everyone that gets hired for the office, I believe she wants to be the only one in there so no one will tell Davenport she's NEVER in the office. I don't know what happened to Christmas bonuses, we haven't received these in YEARS. No employee appreciation, when you give notice and have worked there for years, no card, no phone call wishing you well... She's the wrong person for that job. Wake-up Duffy, there's something shady in the Quincy Office
Schedule was consistent, you worked the same shift.
CEO hasn't a clue what's going on down here
Fire anyone sleeping on the job, not doing patrols, not wearing properly assigned uniforms, not being clean and free of stench, smoking on site property, cussing,and hair that is distracting and messy.

My pay being correct. That's a problem when it's wrong.

The con at the holiday city OH location is they're account manager is very discriminatory against different types of employees, she claims to have a degree in psychology (which she is not very good at and you will pick it up as soon as she uses it on you) if she asks if you can pick up a last minute shift and if you happen to say no she will then go on about how her home time is more valuable than yours, she will also hire close friends and act like she doesn't know them and they try to over step into your business, also thinks it's OK to tell racist and hateful jokes while 1 on 1 with you and will make you very uncomfortable just a law suit waiting to happen be careful working here people.
The best part is your co workers.
The con at the holiday city location is the account manager be careful if you work here people the account manager claims to have a degree in psychology (not very good at it, you will pick it up as soon as she uses it on you) and will do little things like ask you if you are available to pick up a shift if you happen to decline she will then go into why her time at home is more valuable than yours. She will belittle you infront of other employees and will look up on cameras and ask what kind of conversations you where having with other guards and lie and say there's audio (there's not) point I'm getting at is she over steps alot just a law suit waiting to happen.

My co workers except for a few are awesome!!!
First shift has some really awful people that just love to talk bad about everyone, they don't do their duties much and are the rudest people I know
