What You'll Be Doing
The Guides provides exceptional customer service support for the Rewards Programs, which are loyalty marketing platforms designed to reward members for doing business with the company. The Rewards Guide will provide a high level of customer and dealer support through a variety of requests through multiple channels. This will include technical app support, concern resolution, detailed product information, sales incentives/campaign support, and general information and/or questions, providing best in class service. The Rewards Guide will be responsible for providing timely, professional and accurate customer service within the contractual customer service metrics.
During a Typical Day, You'll
· Maneuver effortlessly through various digital and voice communication channels (phone, chat, and email) to provide the customer with prompt, courteous, and accurate information including:
· Utilizing available resources to accurately respond to customer inquiries through appropriate channels.
· Corresponding with customers via mail channel as appropriate
· Responsible for reviewing customer concerns and inquiries, determining the appropriate actions based upon job aids and existing desktop solution tools, and taking the appropriate action.
· Rewards Guides may be assigned to specialize but will be cross trained to support the functions.
· Provide inbound helpdesk support for member, dealer, and region employees on various issues including:
· User access, promotion information, site navigation, system errors and performance, billing, reporting and dealer list uploads
· Website assistance to dealers and field personnel
· Dealer enrollment process
· Reviewing dealer parts statements
· Process program cancellation requests
· Determines the appropriate route for escalating complex issues based on the type of expertise required.
· Document status of all interactions indicating appropriate outcome and follow up requirements
· Establish a rapport and build confidence in the brand recognition by proactively promoting company's products and services.
· Take personal ownership and accountability for meeting customer needs, demonstrating appropriate levels of empathy, enthusiasm, skill and expertise - consistently courteous with customers.

What You'll Do:
Provide fantastic customer service focused on dispute resolution and overcoming challenges
Build value in the CPI brand to drive long term relationships with customers as a leading competitor in Security and Home Automation industry.
Provide solutions-based approaches to retain customers who are considering service cancellation.
Champion the customer care process, which includes, troubleshooting technical issues, answer questions or concerns regarding systems or services.
Problem solve as you quickly identify the root cause of customer issues, pinpoint strategies to eliminate those issues, and work with customer to retain them.
Consistently improve retention rates and achieve retention goals.
Handle each call with empathy, compassion, and professionalism to ensure excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Upbeat personality and a fun, positive attitude
1-2 years previous customer retention experience
Strong customer service and people skills
Ability to consistently meet and exceed performance targets

What You'll Be Doing
The Customer Experience Specialist builds and maintains trust as a skilled expert by providing superior knowledge and expertise for an innovative new program designed to assist consumers with mobility challenges. This unique program will provide the ability to connect with consumers through a social media application whether it is via phone, video chat, or online chat. Customer Experience Specialist will teach and guide consumers through this savvy and innovative technological experience. Client interaction, first and foremost, is to provide an exceptional experience in order for guests to build a strong loyalty to the program. Customer Experience Specialist will be focused on building relationships with their members and providing an outstanding experience where members are delighted.
Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional member experience in every interaction.
Provide insightful advice and direct support to members in need. Diagnoses of issues and provide resolution with teaching and guidance.
Partners with legacy App owners for troubleshooting and resolution.
Researches and resolves billing or payment issues. Owns the member experience from the very beginning to the end. Making decisions on whether to escalate or how to address issues so the member is delighted and eager to continue to utilize the program.
Identifies and presents out of the box ideas and changes to other Customer Experience Specialist and Leaders that will ensure this program is second to none.
Education
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in training, public relations, public affairs, sales, marketing, customer service, or any combination thereof.
