Shifts:
9:00pm - 5:30am, five 8-hour shifts a week

The Role:
Sanitation Associates are responsible for warehouse cleanup work, keeping buildings/warehouse in clean and orderly condition through various methods performing both light and heavy cleaning tasks such as sweeping, waste collection and removal, floor cleaning, and various surface cleaning duties, common areas such as locker rooms, restrooms, break rooms etc. The job tasks take place in both warehouse coolers and outside elements using heavy equipment. Also assisting the receiving dept as needed and other tasks assigned.
We will train new hires on equipment to include electric pallet jack and fork lift. Must be able to give direction to the group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
General housekeeping including but not limited to sweeping floors, cleaning up debris around the warehouse.
Cleaning up standing water, breaking down boxes and recycle.
Scheduled cleaning of freezer, restrooms and lunchroom
using a forklift to empty garbage and check for pest control issues.
Responsible for the completion of the daily SQF inspection log.
Must be able to work independently and communicate issues.
We will train new hires on equipment to include electric pallet jack and forklift
All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Associate to oversee the day-to-day operations of our company-owned farms. The ideal candidate will act as one of our farmers and be responsible for managing daily farm activities, ensuring optimal egg production, and maintaining animal welfare.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for day-to-day tasks and management of the farm including driving production outcomes, egg quality and animal welfare as directed by the Farm Manager
Communicate with Farm Manager and Team Leader on course of action to improve or resolve production related issues.
Conduct weekly Lights on/Lights off flock observations.
Monitor environmental conditions, make recommendations to equipment settings and/or equipment programming as needed to resolve issues as directed by the Farm Manager and Team Leader
Monitor feed levels/consumption; and communicate with team leader to make necessary orders/adjustments.
Monitor bird health and work closely with Farm Managers and Farm Support to address any health challenges.
Maintain Audit Readiness of assigned barns.
Enter data and ensure accuracy of data into daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork and recording systems.
Ensure proper removal and disposal of all mortalities.
Ensure proper egg collection and packing is completed daily.
Complete required monitoring of pasture including predation levels, biodiversity, and species counts.
Ensure proper management of pasture and paddock rotation.
Comfortable with performing euthanasia as needed in accordance with the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) euthanasia guidelines
Maintain facility security by ensuring all points of egress and ingress are secured.
Be on call for barn alarms triggered by, but not limited to, utility and tech failure.
Perform tasks as directed by Farm Manager and Team Leader, including but not limited to moving shade structures, opening and closing gates, clearing roads of debris, and maintaining fence lines to prevent predator access.
What You Bring to the Table:
BS degree and/or equivalent experience preferred, ideally in relevant field.

The Role
Technicians are responsible for cleaning an industrial kitchen and food processing facility. This position requires worker to perform any combination of the following tasks to maintain sanitary work area of food production facility: Cleans floor of production area, by removing garbage, moving floor mats, picking up food items, and tearing empty cardboard boxes, Dishes from kitchen
Essential Responsibilities Include, and Are Not Limited To:
Oversee and assist with removal of compost throughout the day
Maintaining the overall cleaning of the production facility, warehouse, breakroom and bathrooms.
Comprehension of Approved Chemicals and SDS Sheets
Ensures entire plant is clean, sanitized and free of all product residue and debris.
Strives to prevent accidents by following proper chemical and workplace safety practices
Report all equipment issues to Maintenance
Maintain records that are used to verify cleaning
Drive a forklift (Training will be provided)
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Must be able to safely use a ladder
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work in a wet/cold environment (less than 40F), humidity in the kitchen dish area
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Equipment Sanitation
Ability to work without direct supervision and to prioritize activities

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Level 1 - Fulfillment Associate
Can perform all key aspects of the position proficiently:
Pick orders by scanning all items in IFS picking system
Confirms order # and piece count for each order before moving the order to the next step in the process.
Achieves daily/weekly production efficiency goals
Verifies and places non-conforming items in designated area.
Follow proper packaging designs depending on order size and type.
Performing cleaning and sanitation properly
Maintains current training requirements and certifications independently

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Good customer service skills
Basic computer skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time and ambulate through warehouse aisles to collect various products to fulfill orders. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to be able to view a computer screen. Employee should be able to move and lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds of inventory on a regular basis.
Work Environment
The primary work environment of this position is a warehouse, with hazards, such as moving fork trucks and racked pallets of product. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
