Ben Moore is Chief Product Officer at PerfectServe. In his role, Moore is responsible for product strategy, design, and development, driving the PerfectServe portfolio’s long-term roadmap and shaping the company’s future as a leader in the growing clinical communication and collaboration (CC&C) space. Moore maintains an acute focus on product innovation and is known for connecting with customers directly to understand their challenges and better optimize product development.

Prior to PerfectServe, Moore served as CEO of Telmediq, a company he founded to solve the fundamental challenges, risks, and financial costs associated with poor clinical communication. Upon PerfectServe’s acquisition of Telmediq to consolidate the forces behind the industry’s most comprehensive CC&C platforms, Moore joined the combined company’s leadership team and has played a vital role in the integration process.

Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo, as well as a degree in Pragmatic Product Management.

Jeff Brown has been a member of PerfectServe’s executive team since 2006. As PerfectServe’s Chief Operating Officer, Brown is responsible for leading the operations of the company, including professional services, 24/7 support, account management, IT functions, security, and integration efforts. He created PerfectServe’s implementation methodology - a proven process that enables health systems to quickly standardize and automate complex communications workflows on the PerfectServe platform.

Prior to PerfectServe, Brown held various roles at Deloitte & Touche, Aristasoft Corporation, and Cisco WebEx.

Brown holds dual degrees-a BS in economics and a BS in marketing-from Miami University in Ohio.

Megan has more than a decade of people operations leadership experience spanning healthcare and emerging technologies.

Megan initially planned to pursue a career in journalism, but quickly found her interview skills being put to good use as a healthcare recruiter. She went on to join a medical staffing services startup as a founding member of the leadership team. There, she led people operations and talent acquisition for healthcare staffing programs at Army and Navy medical facilities across the United States.

Seeking to expand her skillset, Megan served as an executive search consultant and international recruiting manager for several notable non-profit organizations.

Nazir Rostom is Chief Financial Officer for PerfectServe, where he oversees corporate financial planning and analysis, M&A strategy and execution, risk management and financial reporting. Rostom is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, media and telecom (TMT) industries.

Rostom joined PerfectServe from patient engagement pioneer GetWellNetwork, where his leadership in finance and accounting, operations and corporate development resulted in increased market share through strategic acquisitions, partnerships and organic growth. Before GetWellNetwork, Rostom served as Chief Financial Officer for RLJ Entertainment, Inc. He led RLJ’s global financial operations in the U.S., U.K. and Australia, and the company’s enterprise value more than doubled during his tenure.

As PerfectServe’s Chief Growth Officer, Taylor Rohrberger is responsible for the growth of the organization, revenue generation, and go-to-market strategy. He leads the company’s national sales team to support the expansion of its unified healthcare communication solutions at hospitals, health systems, and physician practices. Rohrberger’s responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, strategic regional sales planning, business development, account management, customer success, and sales strategy implementation. He is a passionate leader with 20 years of experience driving organizational growth through the development of high-functioning teams and actionable, effective business strategies.

Prior to PerfectServe, he spent nearly two decades at The Advisory Board Company in various positions. Most recently, Rohrberger was the Head of Sales and Marketing for Royall & Company after it was acquired by Advisory Board for $850 million. In this role, he more than doubled new sales and oversaw efforts to integrate the Royall & Company commercial team into the larger Education Advisory Board ecosystem within Advisory Board. Rohrberger also served as Executive Director and Head of Sales for Advisory Board’s Technology Division, where he increased revenue by a factor of five through new product launches and the maturation of existing products. Before running sales for the Technology Division, Rohrberger led a team that was responsible for the launch and success of all new products in the market. He also held several leadership positions across the Account Management enterprise.

Rohrberger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
