This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance structure with adaptability in dynamic environments. You'll be the bridge between clients and delivery teams-ensuring projects are well-planned, well-resourced, and executed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership - Manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. Act as the primary client contact, ensuring alignment with project scope, driving project governance, and facilitating decision-making. Project Planning & Execution - Partner with Sales and Delivery to mobilize, kickoff, manage, and close projects. Complete readiness checklists, manage scope and budget, develop project plans, and maintain documentation in Salesforce. Team Resourcing - Ensure projects are appropriately staffed throughout their lifecycle. Collaborate with the PM team to coordinate resources across the company. Risk & Stakeholder Management - Identify and mitigate risks to scope, timeline, or resources. Maintain risk/issue logs, communicate proactively with clients and leadership, and translate business needs into actionable plans. Client Relationships - Build strong, trusted partnerships with clients. Foster a collaborative, positive environment through clear and consistent communication.
