Ideal Candidate The ideal ProfitCoach Financial Performance Coach is a mid-stage professional with strong foundational instincts in business finance, coaching, and client engagement - and a clear trajectory toward mastery. This individual may not yet have all answers, but demonstrates the curiosity, discipline, and initiative to quickly develop them. Initially taking a supporting role to tenured financial performance coaches, this role will morph into a senior position after extensive training. They bring coaching intuition or emerging coaching skill, paired with financial confidence -- particularly the ability to think numerically, model scenarios, and work fluidly in spreadsheets under live conditions. They are comfortable engaging business owners, asking strong questions, and guiding conversations toward clarity and action, even while continuing to sharpen their craft. The successful candidate operates with a humble but scrappy mindset, actively seeking feedback and applying it. Prior exposure to leadership, team coordination, or client-facing advisory roles is strongly valued. Experience within the Single Family Rental (SFR) or property management industry is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate a strong drive to learn the nuances of the space and a commitment to mastery. Critically evaluate the quality of palliative care in participating community organizations and guide the creation of a quality improvement plan to address any gaps. Collaborate with leadership teams from participating community organizations to identify strengths and gaps in the palliative care they currently provide and in the relevant provider policies and practice documents. Promote/provide palliative care education in participating community organizations, aligned to the Ontario Palliative Care Competency Framework. Provide informal, case-based educational opportunities (coaching) for health service providers in community organizations, incorporating principles of adult learning. Provide palliative care mentoring for health service providers in the community. Guide palliative care quality improvement (QI) and practice change initiatives in participating community organizations to implement the Delivery Framework (with an initial emphasis on the prioritized recommendations) by: providing education on QI methodologies and tools; encouraging the application of QI to improve patient care; tracking and evaluating progress; and sustaining best practice by updating policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required CPR/AED certification required Collegiate playing experience preferred This role is limited to no more than 300 hours during the 2025-2026 academic year.
