What You'll Own Coach middle and high school female athletes in a semi-private setting (2-6 athletes per session). Teach proper lifting technique, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning drills. Create an environment that emphasizes confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Provide safe progressions and regressions for varying skill and experience levels. Track athlete progress and communicate with parents on performance and development. Collaborate with the coaching team to support seasonal progressions (in/off-season). Required Certifications/Specializations: Strength & Conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM PES, or equivalent). The ideal candidate must be willing to dedicate 1 to 2 evenings for practices and some weekends for travel to various competitions.
