We're looking for a Youth Female Athlete Coach to join our team for evening sessions (starting at 3 PM).

What You'll Own
Coach middle and high school female athletes in a semi-private setting (2-6 athletes per session).
Teach proper lifting technique, speed, agility, mobility, and conditioning drills.

Provide safe progressions and regressions for varying skill and experience levels.
Track athlete progress and communicate with parents on performance and development.
Collaborate with the coaching team to support seasonal progressions (in/off-season).
What We're Looking For
A passion for working with youth female athletes.
Strong communication and motivational skills with both athletes and parents.
Required Certifications/Specializations:
Strength & Conditioning (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM PES, or equivalent).
Youth Fitness or Youth S&C specialization (e.g., NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, IYCA, or equivalent).
Current CPR/AED certification.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of coaching in athletic performance, group training, or personal training (youth-specific experience preferred).

Hours are not set and can fluctuate, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the individuals. Assignments may extend beyond normal hours into evenings and weekends.
Provide a variety of Job Coaching services to individuals with disabilities including but not limited to developing appropriate job-keeping behaviors, task analysis, development of skills in complete specific tasks, development of natural supports, and the identification and implementation of reasonable accommodations at the job site.
Act as an advocate for the individual at the job site and/or work adjustment site. Provide referral information to the individuals served for necessary and appropriate community services to enhance their vocational success.
Prepare and submit thorough and insightful daily case notes that chart an individual's progress, challenges and receptivity to direction and/or instruction provided.
Provide services beyond normal agency hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm as required if available.
Will also have opportunities to fill in as a substitute at agency facilities located at E. 55th and Hinckley Industrial Parkway and employer partner sites.
Qualifications
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have reliable transportation to get to a variety of locations.
