Working side by side with engineering teams, supporting daily operations within web analytics and contribute towards site reliability.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test features/functions delivered via applications and services Hands-on software development for infrastructure that will perform at scale Write code that is tested, readable, and maintainable Perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback for tool improvements Engage in technical and architectural discussions Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, understand use cases and build towards a cohesive technical strategy Automate processes where possible and propose new tools when needed Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
Minimum Qualifications
Prior Industry expertise of working in Page Performance and Web AnalyticsExperience developing and building Content Management Systems like AEM, Wordpress, Drupal.Hands-on software development experience in Python, React, NodeJS or JavaKnowledge of cloud-based Infrastructure (AWS preferred) concepts Customer-facing and service-oriented person Understanding of CI/CD concepts (Jenkins/Circle CI/Spinnaker, etc.) Good self-management skills and ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks coming in simultaneously Great team player with great communication skills Exposure to CMS like Contentful is a plus

Work closely with vehicle design engineers and senior CAE engineers to develop engineering functionalities and systems that meet various federal and international automotive safety requirements (e.g. US and Euro New Car Assessment Program/”NCAP”).

- Have familiarity with all relevant regulatory and non-regulatory Vehicle Crash Safety Requirements, in order to cascade specific targets and needs to a cross functional team. Coordinate across cross functional teams through performance integration meetings.

- Compile and keep a track of Vehicle Crash Safety Performance deliverables within program development milestones. Maintain clear documentation at every stage for traceability on key decisions and have proper change management tracking.

- As required by management, report-out Vehicle Safety performance status in Regulatory, Consumer Rating and Due Care Crash Safety Loadcases for different vehicles and variants. Liaison with Safety testing, CAE and cross functional engineering teams and leadership to communicate safety status and metrics

-Balance intended market applicable Safety Program Requirements to ensure compliance with internal vehicle targets. Work cross functionally with system owners to develop a plan to meet NCAP targets for different markets, as well as establish and integrate vehicle safety requirements.

-Set vehicle level and component level safety performance requirements (energy absorption, peak force, etc). Drive balanced solutions through performance task force initiatives for performance tuning & mass optimization .

-Work alongside Restraints team and D&Rs to ensure their system meet the required specifications to comply with internal vehicle crash safety performance targets. Extensive knowledge of structure & restraints development for Safety performance

- As needed, support decisions by using physical test, CAE and benchmark data to obtain meaningful conclusions related to vehicle design.
Interact and establish working relationships with NHTSA, IIHS, EURONCAP for Safety protocol and performance alignment.
