George Holm was appointed Chairman of Performance Food Group’s Board of Directors in January 2019. George became President & Chief Executive Officer of PFG when it was acquired by Vistar Corporation in May 2008. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vistar, which he founded in 2002.

George grew Vistar, a multi-channel food, snack and beverage distributor, into a $3.5-billion company that was purchased by the Blackstone Group, a premier global investment and advisory firm, in 2007.

During his 40-year career in the foodservice distribution industry, George has held leadership positions with Alliant Foodservice, US Foods and Sysco Corporation. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University.

Don Bulmer was named PFG’s Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer in March 2019, after serving on Vistar’s senior leadership team as Vice President of Corporate Information Technology for six years.

Before joining Vistar, Don held IT leadership roles in multiple industries, including ProBuild Holdings, the nation’s largest supplier of building materials; Gates Corporation, a manufacturer/distributor of automotive parts; and Nupremis Inc., a start-up that provided hosting and managed services.

Don earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Erika Davis joined PFG as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in July 2019, after a 26-year career with Owens & Minor, a Richmond-based global healthcare services company.

For nearly 20 years at Owens & Minor, Erika served in senior leadership roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Chief of Staff, Administration & Operations leader and HR leader - a position she held for 12 years. Most recently she led program management and global shared services.

Erika is a Certified Compensation Professional and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a master’s in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Tim Flanagan is a Vice President Finance at L.E. Manufacturing Inc, CFO at Performance Food Group, and Chief Financial Officer at LOW EMISSIONS RESOURCES GLOBAL LTD and is based in New York, New York. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at IndieMV Media Group Inc, Senior VP:Finance & Admin at ICM Partners, and Staff Auditor-Audit and Tax departments at Arthur Young Inc. Tim attended St Bonaventure University and ST. JOHN'S UNIVERSITY, Graduate School of Business.
