Position responsibilities include: * Serve as the OpCo's Associate Engagement Captain - the primary person responsible for planning and coordinating holidays, events, and celebrations. * Oversee the Employee of the Month Program. * Assist with scheduling new hire orientation and scanning documents for I-9s * Respond to management and associate inquiries regarding policies and procedures. * Serve a leading role on the Associate Engagement Committee. * Assist with weekly orientation by translating English to Spanish as needed. * Track employee birthdays and anniversaries, capturing photos and posting to LinkedIn and AppSpace. * Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence. * Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records. * Provide general administrative support to the President and HR team, including filing, scanning, and scheduling meetings. * Ensure confidentiality and security of company information at all times.
