TempToFT Responsibilities Receiving and stocking inventory Picking and packing customer orders Reads production schedule Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code Conveys materials and items from receiving or production area to storage or to other designated areas Sorts and stores perishables goods in refrigerated rooms Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items to production work or assembly line Documenting inventory using our client's software Cycle counting inventory and reporting discrepancies Adhere to safety protocols and material handling rules Perform other duties assigned Qualifications 6+ months of warehouse inventory experience Experience conducting cycle counts, picking orders and some customer service Proficient use of pallet jacks, RF Scanners, and forklift experience is a plus Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable Experience using MS Excel and data entry into computers Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and are a TEAM player Job duties require the ability to safely climb and descend ladders, bend at the knees, and lift up to 50 pounds to a height of 3-4 feet.

TempToFT Marine Construction Carpenter Monday - Friday 6:45am-3:15pm Pay is $27hr with a $1/hr raise after 90 days We are looking for an experienced Construction Crew Leader/Foreman with a background in Marine Construction. The Crew Leader/Foreman will be responsible for project layout, accurate piling installation, framing, and decking. Must be capable of managing a crew of three to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects, on time, within budget, while maintaining quality in the field. You will work with senior management. Responsibilities: · Providing leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling, supervision, and management of personnel. · Manage projects from estimation to completion and work directly with management. · Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as needed · Review drawings, ensure accurate document preparation · Ensures construction site rules and procedures are implemented and followed · Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals · Determine and define project scope and objectives. · Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner · Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion · Provide leadership and development to project team · Ability to interact professionally and communicate with employees with expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, quality control and other performance standards. · Understand project specifications, and the scope of work and see that they are fully performed in the field. TempToFT We are actively seeking Commercial Plumber/Pipe Fitters to add to our team. We have a large job starting mid November in Pensacola, FL. Plumber/Pipe Fitters lay out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping and piping systems and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling and industrial processing systems in a commercial building. Project Focus Areas include: Higher education, k-12, hospitals, hotels, government, other institutional campuses or facilities. Pay Rate Depending on experience - $20-$28 RESPONSIBILITIES: Reads studies and interprets job specifications, plans and blueprints to gain understanding of work to be done. Selects type and size of pipe and related materials needed for each job. Inspects work site to determine presence of obstructions and to make sure holes cut out for pipe will not cause structural weakness. Plans sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers. Cuts, grinds, threads and bends pipe according to job specifications. Assembles and installs a variety of metal and non-metal pipe and fittings. Joins pipe and secures to structure with clamps, brackets and hangers. Tests piping system for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges. IDEAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years as a pipe fitter with experience in commercial plumbing; or equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience. Uses basic math skills including geometry and trigonometry to make calculations for work. Ability to read and utilize Pipe-fitters Blue Book. This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage). This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to lift regularly and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and or move more than 50 pounds.
