We are currently established in IL, NY, NC, MI, WA and are proud to be setting up our office-based anesthesia roots in Katy/ West Houston , TX. We are looking for a skilled and talented pre/intra/post-op Perianesthesia RN to join our office-based anesthesia as an on-call staff RN, .1FTE/month.
If you enjoy working alongside an anesthesia and surgical team and setting the example in delivering safe and quality patient care – this position is for you ! All nursing care is conveniently provided during standard surgeon business hours, Monday through Friday - with no evenings, Sundays, or holidays!
The Perianesthesia nurse will be responsible for the pre-operative assessment and care of the patient, including intra-operative care and post-operative/recovery care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the pharmacy and supplies, safely handling all equipment, and participating in quality performance improvement activities. From time to time, we may have you assist with completing pre-operative patient assessments via our secure patient portal.
Position Requirements
- Graduate degree from an accredited RN program with active RN licensure in the state of TX
- A minimum of 2 years or ER/ICU critical care of PACU experience
- BLS and ACLS certification is required, PALS certificate is preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations

Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department.
